Bienvenido a Fintex. Estos Términos de servicio ("Términos") regulan tu uso de la aplicación móvil Fintex y del sitio learnwithfintex.com (juntos, "el Servicio"). Al usar Fintex, aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, por favor no uses el Servicio.
Fintex es una aplicación de educación financiera. Ofrecemos lecciones, quizzes, retos y herramientas para ayudarte a entender mejor tus finanzas personales de forma divertida y bilingüe (español e inglés).
Fintex tiene fines educativos e informativos únicamente. El contenido no constituye asesoría financiera, de inversión, legal o fiscal personalizada. No somos asesores financieros con licencia. Antes de tomar decisiones financieras importantes, consulta a un profesional calificado. Tú eres responsable de tus propias decisiones financieras.
Para usar Fintex debes crear una cuenta mediante el inicio de sesión con Google o Apple. Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tu cuenta y de la actividad que ocurra en ella. Debes tener al menos 13 años para usar el Servicio.
Fintex ofrece una versión gratuita y una suscripción de paga llamada Fintex Plus, con funciones adicionales. Los precios son:
Las suscripciones se cobran a través de tu cuenta de App Store (Apple) o Google Play, según tu dispositivo. La renovación es automática al final de cada periodo, a menos que canceles al menos 24 horas antes de la siguiente fecha de cobro. Puedes administrar o cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento desde la configuración de tu cuenta de App Store o Google Play. Los precios pueden variar según tu país y están sujetos a cambios. Salvo que la ley lo exija, los pagos no son reembolsables.
Te comprometes a no usar el Servicio de forma ilegal, a no intentar acceder a sistemas sin autorización, ni a copiar, revender o explotar el contenido de Fintex sin permiso. Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender cuentas que violen estos Términos.
Todo el contenido de Fintex —lecciones, textos, gráficos, la mascota "Texer", logos y software— es propiedad de Fintex o de sus licenciantes y está protegido por las leyes de propiedad intelectual.
El Servicio se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo. En la medida máxima permitida por la ley, Fintex no será responsable por ninguna pérdida o daño —incluyendo pérdidas financieras— derivado del uso de la app o de decisiones tomadas con base en su contenido. No garantizamos resultados financieros específicos.
Puedes dejar de usar Fintex y eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde la app o escribiéndonos. Podemos suspender o terminar el Servicio, o tu acceso a él, si incumples estos Términos.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos ocasionalmente. Publicaremos los cambios en esta página y actualizaremos la fecha. El uso continuo del Servicio implica la aceptación de los Términos actualizados.

Welcome to Fintex. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fintex mobile app and the learnwithfintex.com website (together, "the Service"). By using Fintex, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Fintex is a financial education app. We offer lessons, quizzes, challenges, and tools to help you better understand your personal finances in a fun, bilingual way (Spanish and English).
Fintex is for educational and informational purposes only. The content does not constitute personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not licensed financial advisors. Before making major financial decisions, consult a qualified professional. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
To use Fintex you must create an account by signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Fintex offers a free version and a paid subscription called Fintex Plus with additional features. Pricing is:
Subscriptions are billed through your App Store (Apple) or Google Play account, depending on your device. They renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices may vary by country and are subject to change. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, not to attempt unauthorized access to systems, and not to copy, resell, or exploit Fintex content without permission. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
All Fintex content —lessons, text, graphics, the "Texer" mascot, logos, and software— is owned by Fintex or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintex shall not be liable for any loss or damage —including financial loss— arising from your use of the app or from decisions made based on its content. We do not guarantee specific financial results.
You may stop using Fintex and delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate the Service, or your access to it, if you breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
